Coaches

Our coaches hold NZRDA qualifications and plan every rider's programme.

Head Coach

Jean leads our team of six qualified equine therapy coaches and plans each rider's programme with their family.

Coach, therapy programme

Ororo works with our therapy riders and their physiotherapists to set goals for posture, balance and strength.

Coach, education programme

Wanda runs our school and education groups, where riders learn horse care alongside riding.

Coach, sport and recreation

Kamala coaches riders who want to compete, including our Special Olympics team.

Jennifer coaches across our programmes and looks after new horses as they settle in.

Operations Manager

Carol keeps the whole operation running, from timetables to the hay order. Ask her anything.

Volunteer Coordinator

Natasha welcomes new volunteers, runs the introductory workshops and builds the weekly roster.

Arena Coordinator

Shuri manages arena and yard bookings. Get in touch with her about hiring the facility.

Peggy chairs our volunteer committee.
