Lila's hips are getting stronger

Her latest hip X-ray showed improvement compared with last year. At this stage she will not need another surgery.

Lila has cerebral palsy and uses a wheelchair most of the time. Her hips are checked every year, and she has already had major surgery on her right hip. That experience was very hard for her, physically and emotionally.

Since riding at RDA regularly, her family have seen real gains in her physical wellbeing, confidence and comfort. Most importantly, her latest hip X-ray showed improvement on last year's, and at this stage she will not need another surgery.

Riding gives her therapeutic movement that strengthens her core, improves hip position, balance and posture in a way ordinary exercise often can't. It also gives her confidence, independence and happiness.

Lila genuinely looks forward to her weekly sessions on Savvy.
